I'm walking across England from 24th - 29th July to raise money for Stand Up To Cancer

In July I plan to walk 100 miles across England in 6 days to raise money for Stand Up To Cancer. The route starts on the chalk downs of the Icknield Way, joining Europe’s oldest road, the Ridgeway. It’s a tough challenge but it should be fun & for an excellent cause! As a supporter of cancer charities I am always looking for the most effective use of the money raised, SU2C are doing just that! Turning the benefits of the breakthroughs in cancer research into treatments as soon as possible.

Stand Up to Cancer: Translational Research

100% of the money you raise goes towards speeding up life-saving research. Every day, scientists and researchers work tirelessly to beat cancer. But lab researchers alone will not get us there. Stand Up To Cancer is an injection of cash to speed those breakthroughs from the petri dish to patients through clinical trials and research programs, saving more lives, more quickly.
