My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. I have an added personal reason for wanting to be involved with this event as my amazing mum is currently going through chemo. She is absolutely smashing it, with the help of all the doctors, nurses and everyone else's support, but it does make you feel a little useless when you cant hug your mum on the down days. Unfortunately, we all have a similar story about someone we love, but if we can raise a bit of money to give more of these stories a happy ending, it will be worth it! We're still figuring out what we're doing with all of this and hope to have some fundraising plans coming up, but any donations that you can make would be hugely appreciated! (And yes, we are called "chonky seals do a run," but we hope to be less chonky by August, so any suggestions are definitely welcome!!)
