My Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our fundraising page. The Big Finishers are John Dorney, Andy Smith, Matt Fitton, Lizzie Hopley, Alfie Shaw, Rob Valentine and Lisa McMullin. We're running in memory of our loved ones lost to cancer and in support of those still living with it. We are writers. The outdoors is not our natural habitat. We recoil from bright sunlight and weep when our laptops are prised from our shaking hands. But, to defeat cancer, we will brave the elements and risk great ridicule to stagger 10k around Dorney Lake (which has clearly been named in honour of Big Finish's most prolific writer). We don't have a TARDIS (sadly) but we do have the ability (in varying degrees) to RUN! Donate to our page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
