I'm taking part in Race for Life with the family in memory of our much loved and missed daughter/sister/Aunty Susan and son/Fiancé/dad/brother/uncle/Grumpa Christopher. Both taken too soon x
My Story
As a family we were devastated when we lost Susan in 2001 and didn’t think we could ever experience such loss again, sadly that wasn’t to be, January 2019 we lost our baby of the family and the one that made us laugh, Christopher or Roachy as he was fondly known lost his fight and has left a hole that will never be filled. We are all joining forces to take part in the Race for Life to raise funds to find a cure. No matter how small every donation counts, please support us in memory of Susan and Christopher. Cancer is happening right now. We will all wear our shirts and numbers with pride on the day and do our best for them both and everyone who is fighting their battle.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
