When I was 11, my grandpa passed away from cancer after 4 years of fighting. Afterwards, it happened twice to my other family members and luckily they have won the battle. Cancer hit my family 3 times. 3 times, 3 family members, whom I love the most and care the most. I hated it so much. I wish cancer can just disappear and never ever affect my family again. Nothing is impossible, I have faith and sooner or later we will put an end to it. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k for the 4th year to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
