For my mum ❤️
In March 2021, just before Mother’s Day, my amazing mum was diagnosed with bowel cancer. Following a stay in hospital during the national lockdown, we got the most devastating news that mums admission to hospital was due to bowel cancer. My whole world came crashing down. The person who was the strongest, most inspiring woman I know was hurting and I couldn’t tell her it was going to be ok, I couldn’t hug her and tell her she’s got this. So, mum’s incredible friends (The Fat Bitches) and our family will be tackling the Pretty Muddy 5k in October to raise money for cancer research. If you can contribute in any way, it would be massively appreciated by me, my mum and everyone else who’s life has been flipped upside down by cancer. Thank-you & I love you Mum xx
