My Story
I've always wanted to take part in Race for Life because it raises money for such an amazing cause and I want to be a part of that, raising money for all those affected by cancer. Personally, I thought there was no better time to do it than this year. I will be running in memory of my amazing Nan who sadly lost her fight last September. She was so strong throughout her battle, with such a positive outlook on life even though she was aware of how her fight was going to end. She was and always will be an inspiration to everyone around her, so there is no one better to run for than Nan. Any donation, however big or small would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
