In memory of

Family I have lost to Cancer, family who have fought it and for those who continue to fight.

My Story

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. Like with many people I have lost family to cancer, but I have also had family diagnosed and thankfully come out the other side into remission with it as well. This is down to donations that have helped fund research and treatments to help beat Cancer sooner. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s ground breaking work, so please if you can, sponsor me now.

CAUSE

All Cancer Types

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further. Help Cancer Research UK improve results even faster.
