Beth, Em & Ruth’s Race for Life Pretty Muddy

On 3rd October 2021, Me, Em and my Mam Ruth are running the ‘Pretty Muddy Race for Life’ in memory of my Grandma Jackie who passed away in earlier this year following a short battle with cancer. My Grandma Jackie was the most incredible, selfless person who put others first her whole life. Everyone who knew her will remember her for her cheekiness, her always smiling face and her contagious laugh. She devoted her entire life to her family and made everything better just by being her. When my Grandma received her diagnosis, we all struggled to come to terms with it, but she kept smiling and kept us laughing to the very end. A truly remarkable woman who has left a huge hole in our lives, but amazing memories and hearts full of gratitude just to have known her. Not just my Grandma, but the best friend I could’ve ever asked for. We hope by doing the Race for Life we can raise some money to help battle this awful disease. Please donate what you can.
