My Story

Hi, Thanks for visiting my Fundraising Page. On Sunday 9th September I will be running the Great North Run. I plan on raising as much money as possible for my chosen charity CANCER RESEARCH UK. I am running in memory of my mam and uncle. In Nov 2013 I lost my beautiful mam Debra to cancer it’s was such a shock, my mam never got the chance to have any treatment. No child should have to lose their parent so young. There are many things my mam should be a part of in my life, but she will never have the chance too. My life changed dramatically because of cancer. In Oct 2014 cancer hit my family again when my uncle Gary was diagnosed with cancer he was very determined to beat it. However, he then got the horrible news that there was nothing else they could do for him. The family had already just lost my mam the year before. Its 2018 cancer should not be still affecting so many families its time to make cancer history.
