I’ve spent a couple of years now trying to focus on my fitness levels and overall health; it’s a constant uphill battle, and I generally have phases of being exceptionally good and focused, followed by those times where I am all about eating and drinking to excess, and just walking a flight of stairs is too much effort 😒
So here goes a months kick start into what I hope will be a more permanent lifestyle change; overall a more active, motivated (and sweaty) Beth will be the result by October 1st.....which should help deter me from full hibernation mode over the winter months 🐷
