My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me. Working as a nurse in the pallative care setting, I see the impact every day that cancer has on people and their families. I also know people who have gone through the journey and other people who are currently going through the cancer journey. By choosing to walk 10,000 steps a day in March I hope to get healthier myself and to also raise some money which will go towards continuing research into cancer and hopefully one day there will be a cure.
CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
