My Story
Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 300 page. After years of gathering dust in the shed, I have dusted the bike down and decided to hit the road for a good cause and there are few better than Cancer Research UK. Cycling 300 miles in the month of June is going to be a bit of a challenge for me following a very dormant period in my cycling career (last proper ride Jan 2017 according to Strava, coincidentally the month my firstborn arrived.. funny that) I have linked this Page to Strava so follow along and find all the answers to your burning questions! will I go slow and steady? Will I leave myself a lot to do come the end of the month? Do I look good in Lycra? Will my 15 year old bike go the distance?
