My Story
I probably don’t need to state the obvious, but Cancer is bad. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime, and Ceri and I have both had parents diagnosed with cancer in the last few years. My mum was lucky enough to survive her cancer, but Ceri’s dad passed away just over a year ago. I’m running Manchester Marathon to raise money to help fund better therapies, and help reduce the impact cancer has on those we love. I am absolutely bricking it, this will be my first marathon (I hadn’t run 5k this time last year!) and I’m just aiming to finish 😂 So any donation of any amount is really appreciated.
