During lockdown Benjamin set himself a personal challenge of improving his stamina to help with his football playing. He is achieving this goal by completing the couch to 5K programme. But why not set yourself two goals and help others whilst helping yourself?! This is why we are doing the Race for Life, so that Benjamin can achieve his personal challenge whilst raising money for charity. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
