2025 TCS London Marathon
My Story
Hi everyone, On Sunday, April 27th, I’ll be hitting the streets of London for the fourth time to take part in what I believe is the best sporting weekend of the year - the London Marathon. This year, I’m running to raise money for Cancer Research UK, a charity that funds around 50% of all publicly-funded cancer research in the UK. In 2023/24 alone, they invested £399 million into new and ongoing research. Their work is critical—someone in the UK is diagnosed with cancer every 90 seconds. These kinds of events are essential for raising awareness and ensuring that life-saving research continues. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
