Doing what I can to fight back against Cancer and in loving memory of Shirley Smith and Patricia Hughes.

In memory of

Shirley and Tish

The older I get the more I realise how much of a f**ker cancer is, it keeps affecting me and my family more and more as time goes on. For me it started with my Nan, Tishy. What a women she was, she had such a huge part in my childhood and was one of my best friends but unfortunately when I was 14 we lost her to Cancer. Most recently as some of you may know, just before Christmas I lost my other Nan, Shirley. Yet again another absolutely amazing women who was the anchor for our family or as some of us like to call her, "The Don". Both taken away from us way too early because of Cancer.

So I have decided to run the Hackney Half Marathon as a massive F**K YOU to cancer!!!! So anything you can give would be amazing!

All the best,
Ben
