My Story

Ben "The Wrecking Ball" Hall I'm taking the fight to cancer and stepping into the boxing ring to take part in the Stand Up to Cancer Ultra White Collar Boxing event. I will be going through a grueling 8 week training program and slogging it out with colleagues to raise money and save lives on 19 October 2016. Devastatingly, 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. But advances in science have put cures within our grasp. Please support me and Stand Up To Cancer by giving as generously as you can. Thank you for all your support - this will help me get through the early mornings and intense training sessions. I look forward to seeing a many of you as possible on fight night!

100% of the money you raise goes towards speeding up life-saving research. Every day, scientists and researchers work tirelessly to beat cancer. But lab researchers will not get us there alone. Every penny raised helps speed up breakthroughs in the lab, transforming them into new tests and treatments for patients who need them. The research you fund will help us see 3 in 4 people in the UK survive their cancer by 2034.
