So even with this very cold white weather I got out and walked to make up my 10,000 - in fact I actually got to over 13,000 steps!

I have no target for how much I’d like to raise, im purely doing this as I am able to walk. I’m not a runner, or a cyclist but I have legs and fully able to use them. So why not do something, that is not only going to kick myself back into fitness and to be healthy, but to raise money for something that affects so many people in this world, and something that is becoming more and more common.
