My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer. Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by making a donation to my page. I am doing this challenge for myself as cancer has affected my life with several family members over the years including my own Dad who in November 2007 and most recently my step Dad who in January 2021 who both sadly passed away from the disease. My father got skin cancer mid 2007 and sadly passed later on the same year. Now I am older I want to be able to help raise more awareness for cancer I want to be able to raise money to help find more research on all types of cancers as it affects so many people.
CAUSE

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
