From Sunday 17th May, I'm taking part in Dryathlon, having no alcohol for a month to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m taking on Dryathlon and ditching the drink for one month to raise money for life-saving cancer research. We all know this will be a challenge for me as I love my wine and gin! 🍷🍸❤️ I’ve chosen to do this as we all know someone who has had or been affected by cancer. Please show your support by sponsoring me and towards the fight against cancer. I promise to post regular updates so you all know I am abstaining, this is going to be interesting! Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
