From Sunday 17th May, I'm taking part in Dryathlon, having no alcohol for a month to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m taking on Dryathlon and ditching the drink for one month to raise money for life-saving cancer research.

We all know this will be a challenge for me as I love my wine and gin! 🍷🍸❤️
I’ve chosen to do this as we all know someone who has had or been affected by cancer.

Please show your support by sponsoring me and towards the fight against cancer.

I promise to post regular updates so you all know I am abstaining, this is going to be interesting! Thank you for your support xx

Day 22! Thank you again for all the support I wouldn’t have made it this far without it and I have reached my target 😊 to celebrate I’m enjoying a 0% botanical spirit which is surprisingly nice! After three weeks of not drinking my memory has apparently improved and I’m more able to focus my attention (work will be pleased!) also my resting heart rate has now dropped 12 bpm in total and my blood pressure will be lower 🙂 thank you again and here’s to the final 9 days!
