We all have our personal reasons for taking part, sadly more people have been affected by Cancer than ever before! My amazing husband is currently battling cancer and has shown such bravery and courage throughout, he is the most positive person I know and I am so proud of him! We organised a charity fundraiser in Feb to raise funds for the Maggie centre at Nottingham City Hospital and now the team is back ready to show Cancer who is boss! Bowel cancer
Over the past 40 years there's been dramatic progress in tackling bowel cancer and half of people diagnosed will now survive for at least 10 years. But with bowel cancer still claiming around 43 lives each day, more research still needs to be done. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat the disease.
