I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner. Our family has been affected by cancer and we want to help raise funds to support finding a cure.
My Story
Running my first ever 5k to help raise funds for beating cancer. My nana is a survivor of cervical cancer and my great grandad (beat mouth cancer twice). Mummys uncle who is an ongoing fighter 💪🏻 And our lovely auntie ali who now shines bright in the night sky ⭐️ My mum will be running along side me to keep me going. Im very excited to be taking part in this special event. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
