28-31 day monthly fitness challenge!! #auroraphoenixmfc Officially starts November 1st 2023! X 💪💪📅📅📅 The goal is to work out everyday for a month. Workouts can be anything from 10 mins - 2hours plus. This is all dependent on your personal energy levels/how busy or quiet your life is that day. These workouts can be body weight, gym, cardio, yoga or pilates (basically anything you want/feel like doing). Feel free to just do 1 month however, this challenge will be going on for quite a few consecutive months. So you can continue for as many months as you may like. If you join later on too you can start at any time. This challenge has 3 main aims. 1.To raise money for cancer research. Every donation received adds up and helps charities work towards making positive differences. 2.To improve physical health. Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities. 3.To improve mental health. Being active releases chemicals in your brain called endorphins they you feel good - boosting your self-esteem and helping you concentrate as well as sleep well and feel better. Yoga and Pilates is also seen as great form of stress release. ❤️ Anyone and everyone is invited to join me on this fitness challenge no matter what age/shape/weight. There is a chance to feature on my Instagram at the end of each month. I’ll do a gallery post of selfies/peoples calendar shares in videos/reels and posts. These are free features and the challenge is free; you don’t have to pay a penny to get involved. However, donations are gladly accepted and all proceedings go towards cancer research.
