To hopefully raise some money for Cancer research. I am asking for 10p a press up from all my friends and family to get to my target & hopefully exceed it.

My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m doing 100 push ups every day this October to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Almost everyone has been affected by Cancer and lost a loved one due to it or are battling against Cancer. My wife’s mum, Zofia lost her battle with cancer 6 years ago. Her loss is still very raw 6 years on, it is as if we only lost her yesterday. I have lost many family members over the years through cancer, some are battling cancer now. Only recently one of my dear friends lost his brother in law. My work colleague of 8 years, Ian has lost his partner through a cancerous tumour on my daughter’s 18th birthday. Although in the grand scheme of things what I am doing is very little but we can all live in hope that one day we can find a cure for the killer Cancer. I am hoping we can together reach my target of £310. 10p for every press up done in October. Please show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
