Ashley's Race for Life
Glasgow 5k 2019
Sun 19 May 2019 - Sun 19 May 2019
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. My friends and I have decided that this year we're taking part in Race for Life on May 19th. Unfortunately on February 28th 2019 my friend Lisa found out her step mum, Joanne had been diagnosed with breast cancer at 32! Joanne is my daughters football coach too, and they are cheering her on from the sidelines in her journey to kick cancers butt. Raising as much money as possible will help Joanne and many others to get continued support in their fight with cancer. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
