My Story

Hi, my name is Arnie, running under the alias Terry Rex. Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I also have an instagram page showcasing my dino shenanigans via @terry_rex_running. My Mission: I’m suiting up and running in an inflatable T-Rex costume in support of Cancer Research UK and those affected by cancer. Not just because it’s challenging, but because it’s impossible to ignore. The costume may be silly, but the fight against cancer is serious. Having been treated aged 20 for skin cancer and losing three family members to cancer, I know just how devastating it can be to get at all ages. Cancer doesn’t wait, and neither should we, which is why I want to raise awareness, funds, and bring a smile to people's faces in order to spread hope. Together, we can make a real difference for those battling today and for future generations.
