Swimming to raise as much as I can to beat cancer

My Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. My name is Aria and I am 7 years old. I know some friends and family who have had and have cancer, and I want to do something to help. My plan is to swim 100 lengths of the 25 meter pool at Nuffield Health in Oxford at 12 Noon, on Saturday 12 March. I will swim the whole distance all in one go to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Swimming is my passion (I’m in level 5 in my lessons) and I want to use it to help people. Last year I did a sponsored run and raised a lot of money for Oxford Gatehouse homeless charity. My motto then, which I believed in and I still do, was ‘If Ive done it once I can do it again’. I haven’t ever done this many lengths before but I have raised quite a lot of money before, so I’m sure I can do it again. This time for another amazing charity which is helping find cures for cancer. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
