Shine Night Walk Nottingham 10k 2021

Fri 10 Sep 2021 - Fri 10 Sep 2021

I’m taking part in Shine Night Walk to help beat cancer!

My Story

In my heart I know the dreaded 'C' word won't go away over night, but nevertheless, I would like to show my support in beating this by helping to donate towards research on offers of better treatment. I will keep hoping that in the future there is a healthier, less harmful method of treatment we can offer to those who need it and if we could find a way to PREVENT cancer... that would be a blessing in itself. Another main reason for me doing this is so I can show my mother just how important, supported and loved she is. She's going through her own hardships right now with cancer so I want her to know that for as long as I live, I will always be there for her. Not just me, but her whole family and everyone who cares about her. She is not alone.. and neither is anyone else out there suffering with cancer. We are here WITH you as well as for you. So on September 10th, I will be trying my best to show my support. Thank you to anyone who takes a moment of their time to donate to this cause! You are truly amazing.
