Hi, we’re taking part in Race for Life to raise money and save lives. We both know people who have been affected by this nasty disease, and it’s scary. The medical professions who work tirelessly to: research, provide treatment, give care and support; and so much more, are incredible. They’ve achieved so much to help us all, and we want to help them do more. We have run the 10k before and when you read the reasons for running, pinned on people’s backs, it’s inspiring. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. Thank you for anything you’re able to donate - and help us to support those who need it.

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
