My Story
I'm a bus driver for London Sovereign on the 139 and I'd be grateful for your help, no donation too big or too small. This is very close to my heart as I have already lost loved ones to this Life Stealer! I say ENOUGH! to cancer, help us beat it, please! This is where us ordinary folks can make a difference by donating what we can, it takes just £100 to train a nurse on how to deal with a cancer patient, on the science side of it the funding for research is invaluable, I lost my Dad to cancer, my Step Mum to cancer, my sister has had cancer, my wife has had cancer and has a scare on right now, fingers crossed it will all be alright. Also some very good friends that lost the fight. I have seen a guy that I thought would not make it, bowel cancer. He made a complete recovery, this is only because of people like us, kindhearted, empathetic souls that wish for the best outcome, and doing our bit by Donating is how we can make the difference. Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 300 page. This September, before the end of the month, I will complete 300 miles on my bike for Cancer Research UK. I will be pedalling harder than ever because I want to raise money for life-saving research and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
