Together we are beating cancer
My team of 6 novice rowers are facing the gruelling challenge of competing to row 26 miles in the fastest time. We will be training hard for over 10 weeks to raise money and save lives on 26 January 2017. Devastatingly, 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. But advances in science have put cures within our grasp. Please support me and help fight cancer by giving as generously as you can.
CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
