My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I'm letting my dogs take the lead on beating cancer and walking every single day of the month to raise money for Cancer Research UK. I know I walk my dogs everyday anyway 😁 but am aiming to walk more each day to try and raise some money. Am always a bit reluctant to ask for donations or sponsors, we all have our own charities and causes we support. I often feel bombarded with requests and feel bad if I don’t give anything. So please only donate if you can and cancer research is a cause you wish to support Cancer Research UK are the only charity fighting over 200 types of cancer and receive no government funding for their work. Every step taken towards beating cancer relies on every pound donated.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
