My Story
Normally, my steps are gained from walking to the fridge, or to the wine shop, but during March, I’ll be walking 10,000 steps a day to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Everyone is affected by cancer in some way and very recently, a very good friend of mine was diagnosed with a rare form of the disease. She is one of the most positive people I know, who always thinks of others and puts her best foot forward in every sense, including by doing this Walk All Over Cancer challenge, so I thought I’d join her! All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
