My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. My mum was diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2018. She underwent two operations before starting chemotherapy which she has now complete. She has now got radiotherapy coming up. Fortunately, she found her lump early and everything has been moving pretty swiftly to get her cancer free. Now my mum and I are doing the race for life because this time it's more personal. I can't thank everyone enough that has supported us Boggies enough and especially my mum. I hope that you can donate whatever you can so we can kick cancer's arse.
