My Story
Thanks for visiting! I'm taking on the Cardiff Shine Night Walk again this year, and I'm determined to make up for lost time (2020, I'm talking about you). I'm fundraising towards research into early diagnosis of cancer. The impact of early diagnosis is significant; for 8 of the most common types of cancer, survival is more than 3 times higher when cancer is diagnosed early. In our last walk two years ago in memory of our Mum, we were grateful and overwhelmed by the generosity you showed in supporting Cancer Research UK. I'm keen to try again this year to give something back to people who gave Mum so much. Every pound raised funds life-saving research and makes a difference. A difference to beating cancer.
