Annabel takes on Sugar Free February

Anyone who knows me knows I am an absoluteeeee cake and sweet fanatic!🍰🎂🧁🍭🍬 I don’t think I’ve ever gone a day without a Strawb, a slice of cake or some pick and mix? SO, This February I’m ditching the sweet stuff and giving up sugar for a whole month to raise money for Cancer Research UK and helping to beat cancer sooner. I’d like to point out also the aim of this is Not to lose weight. As someone who has struggled with their weight, I’ll also be challenging myself to actually put it ON - just in a wholesome food way. Although it sounds simple, due to having a full on sugar addiction it genuinely will be a real challenge. Anyone who wants to take on the challenge with me please do - all the support is needed! With a recent study showing that currently within the UK every 1 out of 2 people will be diagnosed with a type of cancer at some point in their lives, the work Cancer research do has never been more important. A cure for cancer is on its way, and we need everyone who can to help! Every donation, big or small makes a difference.
