My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’ve decided to step up to the challenge of walking 13,000 steps every day throughout the month of October to help beat cancer sooner. Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me. In 2007 I lost my brother, Simon, to a brain tumor, he was 34. Not a day goes by where I don't think of him. Sadly, cancer reseach couldn't save him, but im sure with more funding and research another family might be saved from the grief and loss I suffered. This year I've started a bootcamp and started to get fitter and more active, so this challenge is just what I need to help boost my personal goal at the same time raising money for a charity close to my heart.
CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
