My Story
Thank you for visiting our Donate in Memory page. Ann was a unique character, who was born and lived her whole life in Cardiff. Ann was one of six children and spent her early years living through World War II, her father working in the Royal Ordnance factory in Llanishen and her older sisters working in the Land Army in Brecon. Ann worked amongst others, at the Maypole shop in Rumney, a jewellery shop in the city centre, SnakPak factory and Whitbread. Ann was a very special lady who not only cared for her ailing parents, kept a job, as well as raising her own family. Ann coped courageously when her husband Ron, sadly passed in 2005, but we, as her girls, know now that she will be at her happiest and back with the love of her life. We love and miss you mum, but know that you and dad will be keeping a close eye on us throughout the rest of our lives. Until we meet again, good night and God bless xx
