I have recently lost a very good friend and an uncle suddenly to cancer in the space of a week, you can't imagine how much I hate this disease right now. I have signed up for the 5km and as many of you know I hardly have time to train properly these days so it is going to be more of a challenge this year. It would be great to be sponsored no matter how small the amount as it all helps.
