Ang’s Race for Life At Home

After a year where vital cancer trials have been delayed, the Race for Life is more important than ever. That's why I'll be taking part in the Race for Life at Home. Over the past 14 months or so a number of family and friends have passed on and some that are now survivors. I personally had a scare about 10 years ago but thankfully came back negative. Those 10 days were like walking on eggshells. So to honour all those who lost their battle and have gone before me to a better place, to those of you who are living proof that various treatments work, our beautiful survivors and to those who are awaiting diagnosis I pray for you, I am doing it for ALL OF YOU! ❤️ We all know of someone who has been affected by this. It’s my time to give back having lost my dad not to Cancer but in the knowledge that he was always supportive when I took part in these, I hope he too is smiling down on me with pride 😌🙏🏾 My aim is to do 20000 steps which is much more than the 5km asked of me, I need to feeeeeeel the burn in my body on the day.
