We have all been touched by cancer, either directly ourselves or have lost loved ones through the disease. So I think it’s really important to support the work being done to try and eliminate it and enable future generations to be cancer free. During lockdown I completed the Couch to 5K program and this was a huge challenge as I have never been a runner, even when I was younger. So I decided to put this hard work to good use by entering the Race for Life at Home 2021. After a year where vital cancer trials have been delayed, the Race for Life is more important than ever.
