This September, I’m taking on Sweatember, a 30-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. That means doing some proper exercise that works up a sweat every day, for at least 15 minutes. This is about more than raising money but about starting to make a change in my life to reduce my personal cancer risk. If we all make healthy changes the number of cases of cancer will go down. But it’s going to be harder than just giving a tenner to some lab bods and hoping they find us an easy answer. That said...donating through this page will raise money to fund life-saving cancer research. Right, time to ‘Hulk it uuuuuppp’.
