I'm running a Half Marathon on 16th June 2018 to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
My Story
Late last year my mum was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and shortly before Xmas she had a masectomy. She is now under going chemo and is enduring all the side effects that go with it. I'd like to raise what I can to support Cancer Research UK. Their research into cancer has led to increased survival rates, more affective treatments and a better understanding of the causes of cancer. I'll be running the Canal Canter Half Marathon in Leeds on 16th June 2018. Anything you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
