My Mum

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. In February of this year we lost my beloved mum to breast cancer, she was only 67 years old. After first battling it 14 years ago and getting through it, or so we thought, a few years ago it came back with a vengeance. Anyone who has been in the position of watching a loved one suffer through a terrible illness will know how utterly important is to continue research in to finding a cure. With the fantastic continuing work of Cancer Research UK together we can all help in the battle of finding better treatment, medications and even cures for this awful disease. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK.
