Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. I have been taking part in the race for life for quite a few years and now, 6 years after having a diagnosis, I am going to actually run it. That’s the plan anyway....... I learned how to run earlier this year thanks to Canton Chargers. Cancer is a horrible disease and with research hopefully it can be beaten and more people will be living well past their diagnosis.
