My Story
As some of you may know, I try and do some sort of charity event every year in honour of my Mum who sadly passed away nearly 9 years ago to Cancer. This year I'm raising money for Cancer Research by doing the Clumber Park Half Marathon along with my Sister, though not dressed as superheroes this time, sorry! Many of you might be thinking "but Amy runs all the time, this isn't a challenge!" and you're right but fundraising for this isn't about whether or not I can do it, it's about raising money for an excellent cause, so hopefully you will support this great charity, and me, and we can all make my Mum proud! xxx

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
