Amy's Race for Life

I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money for people who are battling cancer, have lost their Lives to cancer and to hopefully prevent more people in the future getting cancer. I have known a handful of people that have been affected by cancer and seen what it has done to them and their families. I will be running the race for life for everyone but with the memory of my fiancé’s Nan with me. She was a truly amazing woman and made such an impact on many people’s lives, including mine. I know there are many people out there that are so generous and make a big difference in peoples lives....I want to be one of these people. I am also a blood donor and cannot explain how good it feels to know that I am helping others that really need it. I know that if a family member of mine needed any kind of medical help, I would be forever grateful to the people who help fundraise and who donate and take their time to help others, so I am glad I am able to do just that. I will be taking part in the Race for Life 10k on 7th July 2018 at mote park Maidstone 11am. If you are able to donated then please do.
