I'm taking on Race for Life Pretty Muddy with my fellow Student Nurses.
In 2011, my beautiful step-sister Louise lost her battle with breast cancer. She was inspiring until the end. In addition to this, as part of my Student Nurse experience, I've worked on a Cancer ward in Cheltenham. I have seen firsthand the effects of this awful disease: how it affects both patients and their loved ones. That is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy - to raise money and help save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
