Pretty Muddy Liverpool 5k 2017
Sat 1 Jul 2017
In memory of
Vivian Fazackerley (Viv)
On Saturday 1st July, me and 4 friends will be taking part in the Liverpool pretty muddy race, in memory of my best friends mum who sadly passed away from stomach cancer on Mother’s Day this year, only 5 weeks after diagnosis. Vivian was just 50 years old but kept smiling right till the end. She spent the majority of her career in the NHS, always putting others first and even during her time in hospital, she would request other patients were seen to before her! We want to do the best we can to help the Enfys Cancer ward in Glan Clwyd hospital who were absolutely fantastic with Viv and her family during the most traumatic time of their lives. What better way of keeping her memory alive than raising money to HELP OTHERS…just like she did! Literally every penny counts so please, if you are able to, donate what you can. Viv will be looking down on us, laughing her socks off as we’re submerged in muddy water and trying to get her 5ft nothing daughter over a 6ft wall…but she would have loved it! Thank you x
